1. Who we are

The website novakikfightwear.com (the "Store") is operated by SM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 78942373), trading as Novakik BJJ ("we", "us"). 2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of the Store and to every order you place. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

3. Products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and measurements can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs, any sales tax we are required to collect, and any duties collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We can correct obvious pricing errors. If a price error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, withdrawal and faulty goods

Our 30-day returns policy, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers, and what to do if goods are faulty are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Store (text, images, logos and designs) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on the Store and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not genuine.

10. Training safety

Martial arts and combat sports carry a risk of injury. Our equipment is designed to support training but cannot prevent every injury. Please use it as intended, choose the correct size, and replace protective gear when it is worn.

11. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, including in the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
