Return & Refund Policy

Novakik BJJ is a trading name of SM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED (Hong Kong, CR No. 78942373). We want you to be happy with your gear. If you are not, you can return it under the terms below. These terms apply to all orders, including orders shipped within the United States.

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email novakikbjj@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will confirm your return by email. Then send the items to our returns address:
Novakik BJJ Returns, FVR+4Q, Roras Rd, Harrar, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan
Please include your order number inside the parcel. Do not send returns to our registered office in Hong Kong.
Pack the items securely and send them by mail. We recommend a tracked service.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered (see below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm, and we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by law (see the EU/UK section below).

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, worn for training, washed or damaged after delivery.
Items without their original tags and packaging.
Custom-made or personalised items, unless they are faulty.
Mouth guards and other hygiene products once the seal is broken.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.

Exchanges

To change a size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

International customers (EU and UK): statutory right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. You can email novakikbjj@gmail.com or use the model form below (you do not have to use it). To meet the deadline, you only need to send your message before the 14-day period ends.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may hold back the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, and you pay the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
